Commerce + Rewards In Game

Connecting things one does every day, such as commerce, to rewards in-game means two things. 
1. earning points from playing games to buy that pair of Nikes
2. brands getting premium placement in front a difficult-to-reach audience > gamers

The challenges included inventory from top brands like Nike, Apple and Best Buy. Supply chain management. Cross border taxation and currency strategies combined with localized payments and reconcilation. A Unity created technology platform that integrates seamlessly into games without the associated adware bloat from the web. Landing those first critical clients and partners. 

Result. Recently raised a $10m round to expand globally.

Digital Identity

Every citizen in the UK has a National Heathcare Services [NHS] identity. 68% of them would happily share their info if there were benefits. 

We architected a digital identity solution called Max, to integrate into everyday healthcare apps like Apple health, to accomplish two objectives:

1. Give a doctor a personalised look at lifestyle for better treatment

2. Move healthcare long-term from reactive > proactive. Early indicators will from health apps will allow doctors to capture early warning signs much earlier.

Next steps is to apply ML/AI to the signals coming from the health apps, so that doctors can review those signals and determine if they need to see a patient for an unscheduled business. Doctors will have direct messaging in-app, so scheduling and communicating is modernised and immediate.

The goal is a digital identity system that could be reused in other industries aside from healthcare.

The challenge was how to leverage extensive creative and business execution assets into a new business vertical for the agency - video games.
