Markerless Motion Capture
Our Client had great technology, but were focused on broadcasting. Difficult to penetrate, legacy relationships and licensing. Tough. So we created the value proposition for their board to support a pivot into video games.
Part 1. B2B: studios using a faster, better solution with far less complexity to achieve better results.
Part 2. UGC strategy. Imagine and influencer using their phone to do a TikTok dance. Upload the video to the web where the data is cleaned up and rigged to a skeleton. Influencer can choose custom avatars or skins for their signature dance.
Part 3. Monetization. Having a marketplace where followers or video game publishers can license those dance moves either as one off purchases or as Enterprise licenses to be used in Fornite, PuBG etc.
Results include a TikTok partnership, UGC stragegy and AAA publishers using their technology - globally.

Intrinsic In-Game Advertising
The 3rd generation of intrinsic advertising still had many shortcomings. Product/market acceptance, viewability standards for 3d environments with 360 navigation, measurement standards to validate ad spend, taxonomy to allow media buyers without knowledge of gaming to deploy marketing spend, patents to consider 8k, VR and new devices and more.
Part 1. First Big Client. We brought that first big Client in, that then landed investment from Tencent.
Part 2. Smart partnerships. On device audiences without IDFA constraints, in-game marketplaces built using Unity, Oracle Data Cloud for viewability standards. Hiring key individuals using our methodology.
Results include updated viewability standards that had not changed in ten years, critical investment, biggest and current client and continued guidance on day-to-day challenges of running a business.

Pixel Streaming w/out Streaming Pixels
The challenge was helping prospects understand the differences both in cost, and most importantly - experience. In traditional camera work, the producer controls what the viewer sees. With this technology, the viewer can navigate anywhere within the 3D world to watch their friends play. No limitations. In the words of the team that runs Rocket League, "this is the most dope f*cking thing I have ever seen."
Result was being acquired.
